◆整机悬臂式设计将加工区与动力传动区*隔离且外形整洁，拆装清洗简便，实现了从粉体到颗粒的洁净密闭式生产。

◆操作屏采用304不锈钢材质制作，密封性好，可有效防尘、防溅，设计有脱气压力显示及调节功能，另外还有钥匙开关、急停等功能，设备各运行参数、紧急停机及切断电源时均可通过触摸屏即时操作。

◆所有与药物接触部分（工作腔）密闭独立，密封均采用双级以上组合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋转轴采用漏轴式结构，将传动区与制粒区严格分开，避免了传动区内润滑油泄露进制粒区的情况。

◆制粒系统安装有多处传感器及仪表，用于实现系统的自动化运行，其安装与设备内部且采用不锈钢材质或其表面进行防腐处理，符合GMP要求。

◆设备最小投料量100g，既可用于研发，亦可用于中试生产。

The rotating shaft adopts a leaky shaft structure, which strictly separates the transmission area from the granulation area and avoids the transmission area. Lubricating oil leaked inside the grain area.

◆The granulation system is equipped with multiple sensors and instruments to realize the automatic operation of the system. The installation and the inside of the equipment are made of stainless steel or its surface for anti-corrosion treatment, which meets the requirements of GMP.

◆The minimum feeding amount of the equipment is 100g, which can be used for research and development as well as pilot production.
